I ordered 2 rolls of orange TPU filament in warehouse in Spain that had to reach me in the few days s, but the next day the expected delivery date was "updated" and it turns out the shipment came from china. When it came to me, the package hit a couple corners, but no holes. When opening the s filament boxes, it turns out that the bags containing the filament, that they should be sealed in vacuum, they were holes, the 2 same with 1 single hole in one side of the bag (see image), without the box being drilled. I contacted the seller and his reply was that it had been damaged in the shipment, that I'm sure they were fine leaving their facility (impossible from my point of view) and that's ALL modes the TPU not looked forming machinery made moisture... ???? The truth is, at the moment I'm happy with the material, it doesn't seem to have absorbed moisture, but I don't know if it's gonna last, and I don't think it's professional to have received an unsealed product anyway.
